Swiss Absinthe - new

Obstinee Absinthe...$79.99
Absinthe green color in plants, slightly bitter, busty, little aniseed.

Principles of product development:
- The mixture of plant is macerated in alcohol to mouth the whole is then carefully distilled.
- A second plant mixture is left to soak in the distillate collected, the mixture was filtered. The second stage brings the green- yellow and aromatic notes further characterizing absinthe Stubborn. This maceration supports and develops a beautiful harmony of subtle flavors. In the palate, the aroma of wormwood is carefully balanced by aniseed who know how to be discreet, then followed by more fruity notes, including lemon balm and hyssop. Finally, the petite wormwood develops a pleasant bitterness. Our absinthe can be enjoyed with many of your senses - sight , for its intense color and disorder - smell , look for other flavors - the taste , learning to dissociate and appreciate each plant
