The Green Flash team has now released our newest frontline beer, Rayon Vert! This Belgian-Style Pale Ale finished with Brettanomyces has been in the works, refining the process and style for the past 4 years. The idea to make Rayon Vert was sparked by a self-imposed challenge: produce a Belgian-Abbey style ale to unmistakably express the spirit of Green Flash if we were a brewery producing just one beer and operating under the conditions of pre-WWII Belgium.
