South Carolina Brewery makes it to The Wine and Cheese Place

All of the beer styles at Thomas Creek are artfully crafted in small batches, ranging from 3.5 Barrels to 60 Barrels at a time. We use only the choicest harvest of barley and grains from across the country, the freshest hops money can buy, and propagate signature yeast strains common only to our beers.

Our team of brewers, Tom Davis, and Matt Manthe, collaborate daily on brew strategies, operations and flavor profiles. We take great pride in carefully sculpting each batch to meet strict quality control guidelines thereby assuring the same great taste you know and love in each and every Thomas Creek brew.
