WINSTON EVANS
The Glenlivet Ambassador
The Glenlivet Ambassador for Chicago and the Midwest, Winston is proud to be representing The Glenlivet and sharing its glory wherever he goes.
Born and raised in Wales, Winston moved to Chicago in 2002, where he has worked as an actor, teacher and social worker, as well as representing The Glenlivet since May 2005.
Winston’s biggest reward from his job as Ambassador is that every day he is able to share his knowledge about the fascinating world of Scotch Whisky and its heritage. “I’m truly a people person, and that’s why this job is perfect for me,” Winston says. “Scotch has long been a passion of mine, so to share a dram and a story with someone eager to learn is always a gratifying experience.”
Evans now resides in Evanston, IL with his wife and son. His favorite Scotch is the beautifully structured and balanced The Glenlivet 18-Year-Old, cut with still spring water.
