2007 The Paring Pinot Noir...$21.99
Santa Rita Hills
The Pinot Noir is sourced from Sanford & Benedict, Bien Nacido, and Solomon Hills. The Pinot is from the amazing 2007 vintage in Santa Rita Hills and possess great balance and structure. This is an amazing wine for to match with food.
2005 Paring Red...$21.99
It is a Bordeaux blend of 52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, and 6% Petite Verdot. The wine has great rich, full bodied flavors as all of the Jonata wines do. Even though this is a Bordeaux style blend, this wine is all California with its jammy red fruit flavors and well balanced oak component. This 2005 is drinking very well right now.

The Paring 2007 White Wine...$19.99
This wine is a classic White Bordeaux blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc with 20% Semillon. Shows great citrus fruits with a touch of New Zealand grassiness. This is a great summer white and another great food wine. Try it with any number of fish dishes
